Reasons to Consider Online Jewelry Stores

By Greg Hall
Looking for the perfect diamond? Intrigued by the bobbles and bling hanging off your favorite Hollywood star's neck? Have you even gone as far as searching the Internet for glimpses of these shiny, clear stones? It's no wonder. Who can resist a girl's best friend, hanging from earrings, clamped into a ring, or dangling from a bracelet?

You can do plenty when utilizing online diamond jewelry stores. Maybe that someone special has captured your heart to the point that you can't resist buying the perfect gift like a diamond engagement, a wedding or an anniversary ring. The most common visitors at the online diamond jewelry store are shopping for engagement or wedding bands. We shouldn't be surprised for their desire for diamonds, because, after all, diamonds are forever, right? No wonder couples won't settle for bands without diamonds or an engagement ring without the pricey gem, the ring itself symbolizes "forever."

No matter you reason for visiting the online jewelry store, make sure that you keep your eyes open for the best deal: shop as many online stores as possible, and don't find yourself stuck to the pages of a few sites with beautiful pictures. Different stores will offer different deals and discounts, so persistence will pay off. Determination and perseverance especially matters for those on a tight budget where getting the best deal for the best gem matters. Those looking for the best deal with need one essential ingredient: patience.

However, if your pockets are bulging with cash, and money isn't an issue, take your time. Go for a famous diamond design jeweler like Tiffany's, Zales, or others. Maybe your loved one has sparked some creativity, and you want to design your own ring. Don't stress out: online stores have services that will help those seeking out the perfect unique ring. The internet will provide you with just what you need.

Online shopping may cause a little trepidation thanks to identity theft crooks and other stories of line fraud. Who wouldn't be nervous about giving out important information to someone you've never met before. Anytime you do business online, research the company you're working with. Research the diamonds the company uses, and then go to the actual jewelry store you've found online if you need more reassurance.

Most importantly, seek out an authentic diamond jewelry store. The stores will include diamond details on their website, but still you should have your item appraised by an appraiser outside of the store to achiever a fair and accurate result or certification.

So the next time the urge to bring some sparkle back into your life hits you, consider online diamond shopping. You might just find yourself with some inexpensive yet quality frosting in your jewelry box.

Buying Cheap Jewelry

No matter how much you buy your jewelry, it must look rich. After all jewels are supposed to convey an impression of riches. You need to sparkle in that dress and the jewel will bring that effect to you. Jewels are essentially expensive items. Gold, diamond or platinum can command thousands of Dollars in price. For a couple on a budget, you would have to improvise many ways to arrive at a magnificent look.

Begin your search for cheap jewelry online. Many sites sell bridal ornaments. Compare their prices and see if any have discounts on them. Especially look for sites with sales. They are in the process of clearing their stocks and could give you price reductions you cannot have anywhere. Bridal fairs coming up in your area are places you can find discount jewelry too. Vendors are looking for ways to make sales and would therefore bring out their wares on low prices for patronage by prospective couples.

You should also be aware that every mineral has its replica. Many of these replicas are hard to detect. You can have Cz as a replacement for diamond. The mineral looks and sparkles like diamond but costs far less. You can use this in your bridal dress decoration.

It would cost less to embellish your dress with silver instead of diamond. Again, you can opt for gold plated items instead of real gold. The two look alike and the difference cannot be easily detected. It is better to buy all your jewels from one place. You can better negotiate for a discount.

eBay is a good place to buy jewelry. You can go for auctions or buy straight away. The jewel you put on during your event will determine how far you sparkle. On your wedding day you need to look your best. Buy cheap but elegant minerals and make your day glitter.

5 Tips for Purchasing Jewelry online

By Claire Simon

Purchasing jewelry online offers may advantages, the biggest being saving a ton of money. However while the reward increases, the risk increases as well. There are simple precautions you can take to safeguard yourself against not-so-honest online retailers and ensure you get exactly what you pay for. Below are 5 simple methods to ensure a safe experience when buying diamond jewelry online:

1- Know the exact details of the item you are purchasing. Many online jewelry retailers do not provide enough information about the product they are selling. Factors such as Total Carat Weight, Diamond Color and Clarity, the number of diamonds included in the item, the quality of gold or metal, etc. should all be clearly identified. If you are missing just one of these pieces of information, you may not end up with the item you believe you are purchasing.
2- Always check the return policy. You should always have an option to return the item, even if you just don't like it. Note the specifics of the Return Policy, as some retailers only allow returns if the item is damaged, some charge a restocking fee and many online retailers will only provide 5-7 days to return the ring. The optimal policy will allow you to return the item within 30 days with no questions asked.
3- Does the company offer any type of warranty? What happens if a diamond falls out 2 days after you receive the jewelry? It is then most likely a manufacturer's defect and you should not be held responsible to pay for the repair. Make sure the company offers some sort of free protection plan or warranty to cover manufacturer's defects.
4- Is the online retailer a member of the Better Business Bureau? Don't just assume they are if they show the seal! A one minute online inquiry with the BBB will show if the company is an accredited member and if they've received any complaints within the last 12 months. Also look to see if the company belongs to any industry organizations. Any reputable jewelry retailer will have membership to jewelry organizations.
5- Is the site secure? Make sure the site uses SSL encryption software and has a privacy policy in tact. They should state clearly that they do not share or sell your personal information with any outside sources. Also make sure the online jewelry retailer has partnered with a company that monitors each transaction and guarantees each purchase to be 100% safe and secure. If they don't state the security features prominently, most likely it's because they don't have it! Purchasing jewelry online can save you a lot of money and afford you a beautiful piece of jewelry. Be cautious and follow the above practices and you should have a safe online shopping experience!

Lakewood Jeweler

There are many Lakewood Jewelry stores to buy gold jewelry from along with diamonds and silver. Some of the Lakewood jewelry stores don't have the most welcoming staff and I have even felt pressured to make a purchase by some of the Lakewood jewelers. I recently went into FJR Jewelers and was very happy to meet the owner Bill Garlutzo. He told me he had much more diamonds in the back and that if there was some jewelry I wanted, he could get it for me.

I liked the fact that they also purchased gold and old jewelry from individuals. I think this helped make FJR Jewelers pricing lower than all of the other Lakewood Jewelery stores and they certainly were much more friendly than the other jewelers.

I recommend anyone to use FJR Jewelers for any Englewood, Lakewood, or Denver jewelry needs. Check out their website at www.denver-gold.com

Englewood Jewelry Store

I have struggled with finding a Englewood Jewelry store that offered a good selection and pricing that is easy on my wallet. I was hoping to find something nice for my anniversary but everywhere I had gone in Englewood was too expensive. I decided to check out a jewelry store in Lakewood just a few minutes north and was very pleased with the jewelry I found.

When I went to FJR Jewelers on Colfax Ave I wasn't sure if I was going to find what I was looking for but when I talked to the owner, they really had a lot of jewelry. Not all of it was in their display cases, they had a lot of diamond jewelry and gold jewelry in the back. They are in the process of opening another Englewood Jewelry store south of their current location.

I really liked the pricing of all of the jewelry FJR Jewelers had. They buy jewelry from individuals so sometimes you can find a good price on gold or diamonds. FJR Jewelers had a very nice and helpful staff as well. It was worth the drive to the Lakewood Jewelry store instead of wasting my time with all of the over priced Englewood jewelry stores.

How Diamond Prices are Determined

When it comes to pricing most products, it is quite simple. By determining how much the cost price is and how much it costs to market the product, you simply mark the total up by at least 15% to 30% or more to earn profits. Pricing Denver diamonds is not quite as simple as pricing other products. There are many factors that need to be considered before launching them to the market.

The first thing that diamond prices are determined by is adding the cost of the rough diamond, the cost of cutting the diamond and all the other cost to turn a rough and unrefined diamond into a marketable diamond. After turning it into a marketable diamond, the company may need to call an independent company in to certify the grade of the diamond based on its weight, clarity, cut and colour.

As the diamond changes hands, it becomes more expensive. When it reaches the retailers the price is again increased a little bit more. As you can see from here, before a Denver diamond reaches the retailer, it must travel from the mine, to the cutter and polisher, then to the individual grading company, and lastly to the primary market. From the primary market, jewelry store owners and retailers will then purchase the diamond and sell it to the consumers. Therefore, the earlier you can purchase a diamond in the process, the lower the cost of it will be.

If you have recently just bought a diamond and do not know how much it is worth, you can send your diamonds for appraisal, but take note that the appraisal may not be accurate. A more accurate way to determine the price of your diamond is to obtain its certificate and use the cutter's guide to determine a more accurate worth for your diamond.

You can also surf the Internet and locate many diamond worth calculators. Before you can calculate the worth of your Denver diamond using those calculators, you need to know the cuts, clarity, colour and weight of it. With this information, the calculator will be able to determine an accurate worth of your diamond.

Again, the best way to determine the price of a diamond is to get a Diamond Grading Report and use the information in it to look up the price in one of the guides that your diamond cutting industry uses. With the right worth in mind, you will be better informed about the value that you have paid for the diamond in your possession, as well as of the Denver diamond jewelry that you are considering purchasing.

Denver GOLD Purchaser

There are many different reasons a person would choose to buy gold coins in Denver. A person might choose to buy gold coins for investment purposes. With the way today's economy is shaping up, investing in gold is the safest way to protect one's portfolio. Another reason a person might choose to purchase gold coins is gold's ability to increase in value. There is a high demand for rare gold coins among collectors. Regardless of the reasons, buying gold coins is safe way for someone to invest his or her money without fear that the investment will lose its value.
The first step in buying gold coins is to find an honest and reputable dealer. Avoid buying from places that are not members of the Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS) and the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC). The most important thing is to deal with a trustworthy dealer. I f you deal with someone who is not a member of these organizations, you risk dealing with someone who will sell you counterfeit gold.

After you have found a reputable dealer you will then need to figure out how much gold you are willing to buy. This is important because the price of gold constantly fluctuates, and you will need to figure out how much you want to lock in at its current price.

Perhaps the only downside to buying gold coins is the possibility of overpaying for the product. This is why buying from the right gold dealer is particularly important. Nobody wants to get cheated out of their money. Generally, most gold dealers sell their merchandise at prices slightly higher than true market value. This is because they, too, need to make a profit to stay in business. Doing the proper research and knowing the true market value of the Denver gold coins will help you manage your investment safely and prevent you from getting cheated.
